When will my order arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 business hours. The estimated customers for International delivery time may vary product to product and can be delivered the next 7 day or maximum in 14 business days from the time of placing the order. The estimated delivery can be checked on the product detail page.
Due to high volume of orders during the sale, there might be a delay of 7-14 days in delivery.
We ship item through DHL Express, Fedex, UPS etc.

Color and Description Disclaimer

While placing an order customers are advised keep in mind some minor variation in color. Although extra attention is given to accurately reproduce colors, as seen on the monitor by you, still there may be minor variations in color of the actual product due to the use of Natural Fibers in our Rugs. Variation may also be felt because of different resolutions, monitors, video cards, operating systems, and internet browsers used.
