How This Rug Is Made (Extremely Detailed, Non-Repeating)
1. Wool Selection & Cleaning

2. Spinning the Wool Yarn
After cleaning, the fibers go through hand-carding to untangle and align them. Skilled artisans spin the wool on traditional wheels, creating yarn of uniform thickness suitable for tight flatweave construction. This step directly influences the rug’s softness and durability.
3. Jute Preparation
Natural jute fibers are selected for flexibility and shine. The jute is softened, combed, and spun into yarn. Its subtle golden undertone blends beautifully with dyed wool threads, giving the rug an earthy foundation.
4. Dyeing the Wool Yarn
Using colorfast dyes, the wool is dyed in small batches to maintain consistency. Fibers are soaked until they fully absorb pigment, then sun-dried for two to three days to ensure the colors stay rich and stable for years.
5. Graph Designing
